A plane ferrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an unplanned landing in the Britain on Wednesday following a fracture was found in the jet's front window, as stated by an official statement which verified that all passengers were secure.
"The aircraft touched down following standard procedures and everyone onboard, such as Secretary Hegseth, is unharmed," an official representative commented in a public statement.
The secretary was coming back from a quick journey to Brussels at the time.
This occurrence isn't the initial instance that a American defense plane transporting a senior official has experienced technical problems.
Months ago, a US Air Force plane transporting Marco Rubio to the German city of Munich was required to return to the US capital after encountering a mechanical problem.
